From rip-out to final fitting
Your quotation sets out the agreed work for your room. A complete refurbishment can include removal of the old suite, bathroom waste handling, plumbing alterations, preparation, fitting the new bathroom, wall finishes, flooring and the finishing details. The condition of the existing room and any layout changes affect the scope.
We discuss tiles or wall panels, the suite you want fitted and any electrical work needed before agreeing the job. Materials, fittings, waste handling and work by other trades need to be allowed for in the quotation so you can see what your project includes.
Planning your bathroom budget
Full bathroom renovations start from £4,000 labour-only. This is a starting point, not a complete supply-and-fit price. Materials, sanitaryware, tiles, waste handling and electrical work are additional where applicable. Your room, chosen finishes and the amount of preparation determine the final quotation.
You can supply your own suite and tiles. Send us the product details before ordering so we can discuss installation requirements. If you have not chosen the fittings yet, send photos of your existing bathroom and an outline of the finish you have in mind.
